Dexa Neurobion injections contains the active ingredients: Dexamethasone, Cyanaocobalamin, Lidocaine, Pyridoxine and Thiamine.

This combines some vital nutrients with a steroid, Dexamethasone and a mild anesthetic, Lidocaine to treat pain.

60 days back I had an unprotected annal intercourse with one unknown girl which caused me pain on my pennal shaft, heavy pass cells(yellow in color), post urine dropping, problem & pain in passing urine, incomplete urination, a pointed wound on top of my shaft and an alergic & sevior infection sign on my lower outter lips.


My doctor advised me Hudexa (I/V) injection after every twelve hours for next seven days which treatment I have started along with ATRAX tablets.

I want to know the possible effect on my body, additionally would like to know that when almost 60 days have gone, do I need to commit HIV test? Because last year I have already committed HIV test which outcome was negative.
