I am a PCOD patient from the past 8-9 years. I have been married for 7 years now and desperate to be a mother, had undergone lots of treatment, but nothing worked except putting on more wait, and i never get my periods without medicine. Can I take divery to induce my period and then try to get pregnant? Will that help? Please reply.

Hi, Lakshmi! Sorry about the problems you've been having.

And no, while the Deviry may induce your period to start, it doesn't necessarily cause ovulation to occur, which is what would be required to enable you to get pregnant.

Have you consulted your doctor?

There are medications they can give you that can help induce ovulation and increase your chances of conception.
