Hi Belle,
From what I could gather, there are no drug interactions listed between either of those two medications; so you should be fine taking them together at night as you have been.
As far as when to take Lexamil, the dosing guidelines state that the usual adult dose is 10mgs taken orally once a day, in the morning OR evening, with or without food. So I don't think there's any discrepancy on when it is best taken.
Have you just not been responding to it well in the evening hours?
