Describe Pan D Dosage

I have a problem with hyper acidity and constipation. Someone suggested me to take PAN D two times a day before meals. After taking this I have some relief in acidity but not completely. Constipation is still the same. Please suggest its correct dosage. Whether two times a day is a heavy dose and how long should I use it?
