Dermacombin Like Timodine?

I normally use Timodine for a genital irritation and swelling I seem to pick up when travelling, possibly from sheets cleaned with biological soap powders. I am in Thailand at the moment and have found Dermacombin as they do not have Timodine. Will it work in a similar way?
