Anytime you have odd or unusual effects from any type of medication, that you weren't warned about as being normal, you should contact your doctor or pharmacist and get their advice.
Dermacombin contains the active ingredients Nystatin, Neomycin, Gramicidin and Triamcinolone, it is basically a combination cream to treat topical skin infections.
However, any one of the active ingredients or even something considered inactive could be causing your problem, or it could be the infection itself.
