Depression And Cilift And Tiredness

Updated

I am now day 6 on Cilift. There might be a slight lift in my depression, but I cannot get myself to get out of bed. Is this normal in the beginning?

Hello, Emispi! How are you?

Yes, it can cause drowsiness, dizziness, headache and dry mouth as side effects, as reported by the FDA. However, they should also improve with time and eventually go away, entirely, once your body gets used to the medication.

It usually takes about 4 to 5 weeks.

Is there anything else I can help with?

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately the Cilift clashed terribly with the Epilum (or I just had bad side effects.) I could not get out of bed, had no energy, (did feel a little better after 3 weeks), but the nauseas was extremely terrible. I could not eat for 3 days (nothing). I vomited the whole time, until I had o go see a dr and he said I mst stop as I have a bad reaction. I now feel normal again, strength back, sleep normally, eat like crazy. Still depressed, but rather this tan the terrible side efects. I feel bad, but really I was going to die. I totally dehydrated. I will try something new early in January.
