Deplatt Side Effects

I am having repeated case of Deudonal Ulcer and now recently had irratic Palpitation for three days now theres no such recurrance . Theres lot of Gas formation Doctor has prescribed Pan 40 , Librax , Tonact 10 and Deplatt 75mg . Would any body kindly advise wheather it is safe for me to use Deplatt if it contains Aspirin since earlier Doctor advised me not to take Brufen and Aspirin .

I am having low sugar problem since 15 years, some time i getting low sugar attack suddenly so that i am keeping some chocolates with me always. But since last month i am feeling pain at upper left part of chest at colar boon.I
gone through ECG, Lop. test (hdl 33, Idl 114, TGL 149), Echo is also normal but but stress test is + typical ischema. Then I consulted Cardiologist he prescribed Tonact 10 and M&XL 25 is this medicines having side effect.
