My father is having heart problems. He has also undergone stents. He is taking Deplat CV. I just wanted to know when should the medicine be taken for best results, day or night and after or before meals?

There is no specific time of day that is better, whenever it is convenient for him should be fine, as long as he doesn't miss any doses, unless his doctor instructs otherwise.
It may cause nausea, as a side effect, if that occurs taking it with meals may help prevent that, according to the NIH. Other side effects may include dizziness, headache, joint/muscle pain, and increased risk of bleeding.
