Cefadroxil is commonly used as an antibiotic to prevent infection 'before' dental procedures. I'm not certain however about it's use 'post' dental procedure. You may want to confirm that with your doctor if you feel concerned. There's also the option of Amoxicillin, but I personally suggest looking into Clove Essential Oil. It's a natural remedy for dental issues as far as alleviating tooth aches (anaesthetic properties) and fighting infections (antibacterial, antimicrobial, antifungal properties). Definitely worth looking into if you're on a budget and need something effective.
