Dental Problems Verses Dementia Risk

I believe seniors WILL get Dementia more rapidly by not being able to keep their teeth clean, etc. We must have Medicare and Medi - Cal put this back in their insurances as seniors need help with their teeth just as much as a child does. This is not right or fair. Do you know the paid a senior can also go through?
I think you should see that this comes to an end before we are all Hitler's.

Proper hygiene is certainly a top priority for most human beings these days. Not to come off blunt, but I believe preventative measures for good health are more important than treatment options for those who choose not to take care of themselves (i.e. not brushing their teeth, showering, etc).

What ever happened to eating your fruits and vegetables, exercising daily, meditating, & socializing regularly to maintain mental, emotional, and physical well being? We all know that these things are beneficial to us, so why have more faith in an insurance company (Medicare/cal) than your own ability to make better choices and learn from them. No disrespect to seniors, but whether it's a senior, kid, young adult, or whomever, you never stop taking care of your body. And if you do, it lets you know when you've gone too far...and I believe that's how most diseases and ailments start to begin with.
