Delzicol Dosages

My doctor has prescribed Delzicol 400 mg capsules 3 capsules 4 times daily for 13 weeks however everywhere I look online including the manufacturers website and the FDA state it should be 2 capsules 3 times daily for 6 weeks. What should I do this medication can be overdosed as well as cause possible renal failure
