Alcohol on its own will certainly be putting stress on your liver and so are the oral steriods so using both will consequently have a lot more of a negative effect over a shorter period of time.

I obviously don't agree with either options, but I suggest choosing one over the other if you felt the need to.

Have you done your research on the long term side effects of either option? The severity and number of symptoms are pretty staggering.

I hope you are willing to seek help or more advice from others if these are "your" intentions.
