Delayed Refund

I purchased and tried Rhemtyme tablets last year. Cost 31. 69 was taken from my bank account on the 22 November 2013. They did not help me sleep so i returned containers and some remaining tablets on 24th January 2014. I have not yet had a refund. Please advise

Did you get a receipt by email? Or something on your credit/debit card statement? That should list the name of the company you purchased from.
