Delayed Menstruation After Withdrawal Bleeding- Nordette

Hi, would like to ask for some opinions, please help.

Had unprotected sex feb 1st, bf did withdrawal. It was my first time, i was a virgin. Took nordette within 24hours, i took all the 21 tablets with interval instead of only 8, 4 each per interval. I wanted to be sure so i took it all. After 14 days i had bleeding medium to heavy for 4 days. I took pregnancy test after the last day of period, negative. This march, i still do not have my period. I took a test last week on march 20th, still negative. Is it possible that im pregnant?

After the sex, i drank a lot of energy drinks, tea, pineapples and exercised intensively. I do not have signs of pregnancy but im worried coz i still do not have my period.

Opinions from someone with experience please!
