This is a steroid class medication that is used to treat allergic reactions, inflammation, and immune disorders. It should only be taken, if your doctor has instructed you to take it.

The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, acne, weight gain, fluid retention, and insomnia.
