Dava S 90 3 Smaller Green Bars?

I haven't been given the s 90 3 green 2 mg bars in quite a while, and they are much smaller than when I last received them a couple years back. I think they have been referred to as "school buses" but these are more like the size of a normal white 2mg bar. They still have the 3 lines scored but they are not as deep and numbers are not as deep as well.

Has dava started making these bars smaller nowadays? is it possible that these are not authentic? has anyone seen fakes like this?

They are not fakes! They just look different witch means every generic looks different. But they are still xanex.

Ok... it's September 2017. Now that we are about to finds the 2nd decade of the 21 century, I'm assuming that pill presses are a dime a dozen. I've taken alprazolam for many years. Today I picked up s 90 3 green bars, two score on side with s 90 3 and
Three score on the other. Not flat like the pics I've been seeing and the taste is off. But as nice as a press that they are I am convinced that they are fake. I don't know bc I cannot prove myself wrong except for the fact that 6-8 mgs should be significant

Each manufacturer of alprazolam will look slightly different than the other. There are multiple reasons for this not the least of which is that each manufacturers factory is going to have different style pill presses and molds than another. By law in order to sell a generic you simply need to ensure that you are able to replicate the amount of the active ingredient is present in the blood stream up to a 5% difference both directions. In addition they must ensure that the drug and its according ingredient dosage be recognizable by certain physical characteristics, color, shape, scores, imprints and so forth.

With all of that in mind as long as the pills meet those criteria they are following the FDA regulations. There is some wiggle room however, such as how deep the scores go, the font of the imprints, depth of imprints, exact shade of the color and so on.

The reason I mention all this is that you stated it had been a few years since you last were prescribed this specific medication. In that time it is possible, and likely, that the pharmacy has started carrying a different generic for the alprazolam. This doesn't mean that they aren't identical to what you had before it can simply mean that the pharmacy has decided to carry a different brand.

I hope this information eases your mind a little. If not, you can always exercise the option of taking your medication to a different pharmacy to verify the integrity of the pill and it's ingredients.
