Dark Patches On Face
UpdatedI have pigments (dark patches) on my cheeks and forehead. I've been suggested to take livogen with B Complex. Please advise if it's ok

Those are only nutritional supplements and not likely to do anything to help with melasma.
Melasma is usually caused by some type of underlying medical condition, such as a hormonal imbalance or immune disorder.
Have you consulted your doctor?
In order to solve the problem, you'll need to find out what's causing it to happen to begin with.
