What is a dark and light green capsule with 241 imprinted on both ends?

Hi, John! Where did you find it?

Are there any other markings on it, or just the numbers?

I've tried searching several databases for this, but I haven't been able to find anything that matches it.

I'll keep looking and post back when I find something.

Does anyone else recognize this capsule?
