Recently, my physician prescribed SITARA DM (sitagliptin 100 mg, dapagliflozin 10 mg, and metformin 1000 mg). I have been informed that dapagliflozin affects the kidneys, and in the long run, ketoacidosis may occur. As a result, I am concerned about taking this combination. Could you kindly advise me?
