Hmmm ... did not find the exact markings which you posted. The closest thing I found was a blue capsule with Dan 5440 on it. You can view a picture here.

If this is what you have then it is Doxycycline 100 mg, an antibiotic. You can read more about it on the page for Doxycycline Details.

If it is not a match, then can you please post back with any other details you can think of?
