Daflon 500 Mg Side Effects

my wife has chronic vericose veins and has pain in the legs she used stockings for some time and developed rashes , avoided standing for long time and started walking daily for an hour. now she is on DAFLON 500 1-1-1 WITH pletox 100 mg 1-0-1. From the night she developed fever and body pain. from next day she has sever pain in the arms

From what I could gather, Daflon (Hesperidin + Diosmin) is considered to be safe for most people when used short-term for up to three-six months. It can however cause some side effects such as stomach/abdominal pain, diarrhea, and headache.

The precautions for this medication also note the following information regarding safety concerns:

"Do not take Diosmin for more than three months without medical supervision."

"The safety of using Hesperidin for longer than six months is unknown."
