This has cropped up a few times recently and I had trouble finding information on it, because it is not necessary to have a prescription for this, it is an over the counter item. It contains Guaifensin and Chlorpheneramine Maleate.

I finally found a pharmacist who had this listed in their databases, all versions of it are OTC, which is why it could not be found in the prescription drug listings.
