My toxicology report came back with this number and I need to know what that means? I got a dui on it and I cant find an answer anywhere. I live in Tennessee. Is this a high level or low? I'm very concerned. I feel like I passed the fs test...But the cop said I did not.. I have all kinds of health issues. I was barefooted. Stepped on a rock. Made it fine. He didn't like that so he had me walk back so the rock made me hop a little, plus I have to wear a lift in my shoe to walk right anyway. He pulled me over because I was lost trying to get to my daughter's house so I waited at a red light to see which way to go. She just moved. Since ive had neck surgery and back surgery long ago for scoliosis, my legs are bowed as well. My spine and neck have metal and screws from top to bottom. So please, I need to know what that means? I got a dui 8 yrs ago. My lawyer says he can get it down to the first dui. However he never talks to me. In your opinion will I get that second dui? If u can please explain the 0.26 I'd be grateful. Do I have any options and if they do get a second dui will I be able to spend some time in a facility? Thanks and have a great day. I'm really hoping he gets the first one, but my case is heard friday. I'm worried.

You NEED to retain a good DUI Attorney at once. Your State has some very harsh laws.

"Tennessee’s drugged driving law is located at Tennessee Code Annotated Section 55-10-401. It prohibits operating a vehicle while “Under the influence of any intoxicant, marijuana, narcotic drug, or drug producing stimulating effects on the central nervous system.”
In other words, in Tennessee it’s a crime to drive while under the influence of an intoxicant (see below). No blood testing standard is established in Tennessee – that is, there is no fixed amount of drugs within the blood system that determines conviction. Whether a driver is impaired is determined on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of the prosecutor."
