What dosage and dosing frequency has your doctor instructed you to use?

Opana contains the active ingredient Oxymorphone, which is a potent narcotic analgesic and the extended release formulation is usually prescribed to be taken every 12 hours.

The regular release version can be prescribed to be taken at intervals ranging from 4 to 8 hours apart, depending on the tolerance of the patient and how well it is handling their pain.
