HOW MANY SAMBONG CAN BE TAKEN EVERY DAY?

ACTUALLY, I STARTED TO TAKE SAMBONG LAST NIGHT ON JUNE 13, 2011 WITH THE RECOMMENDATION OF MY AUNTIE BUT I TAKE ONLY 3 TABLETS A DAY... IS IT OK IF I TAKE 3 TABLETS A DAY?

Pwede ba uminum araw araw Ng sambong tablet 500 wala ba eto side effect at ilang bisis SA isang araw
