If I just go back to pharmacy i know it will just be brushed under the counter but the drug i am taking is very strong and I was so close to taking the tablets my normal dose is 2 tablets at night if i had taken these i would of been 8 times over the dose i want to make sure this wont happen again my parents get their medication from their and would never of noticed a wrong dose.

Once you have done that, to make sure attention is brought to the problem, record all the information you can about it, including pictures, if you can, of what the bottle says the dosage is and the pills themselves, as well as all information on what you should have gotten.
Then, go back to the pharmacy and insist on speaking with the manager.
If you let them know you have reported it, already, as well as kept your own record, you will make it much harder for them to just sweep it under the rug!
