Did you mean Diltiazem, which is used to treat high blood pressure and some cardiac conditions?

If so, then yes, the medication is the same, they just raised your dosage from what you've listed.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.
