Diane Along With M2-tone

Hello, I am 28,5years married, no kid,I was diagnosed with PCOS for last 10 months back and,this time my period is delayed by 3 months,my doctor advise me modus 10mg for 7 days and then diane for three months,can i take M2 TONE along with DIANE tablets. plz solve my problem I have been waiting for someone who can help me
