What is in De-Chlor DM? I take too many meds aqnd am worried it may interact.

De-Chlor DM contains the active ingredients Chlorpheniramine, Dextromethorphan and Phenylephrine, it is used to treat cold symptoms.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, nervousness and insomnia.
