There is no difference, Adderall is just the proprietary brand name and Mixed Amphetamine salts is the active ingredient and thus, the generic name.

This is used to treat conditions such as ADHD and Narcolepsy.

Common side effects may include: nausea, nervousness, irritability and anorexia.
