The "D Amphetamine salt com XR" (30 mg) is an extended release version of the drug, manufactured by BARR.
You mentioned that the other caps were called "N Amphetamine salt" (30 mg), but when I look that up it shows up as "M Amphetamine salt" standing for "Mixed Amphetamines".
From what I could gather, that seems to be the only major difference between the two you mentioned. Other minor differences might include a difference in inactive ingredients between the Mixed version and the Extended Release version or a change in manufacturer's.
