Cytotec Pill

I was suppose to menstruated on the13th of March but I did the test on the 12th and it was positive. I inserted 2 cythotec and took 2 orally and I had the cramps and bleed a little. I have always used cythotec and it works for me but this time around, I don't know if it worked so I bought another set and used it today but it didn't come but only had severe abdominal pains and spotting blood headache, and diarrhea. What shed I do? Is it because the pregnancy is young? When should I do the test ? Am planning to use another set later in a week. Help me
