Cymgen - Insomnia

Hi there. I have just started with Cymgen and found that I cant sleep at night. The doctor advised me to take a sleeping pill for a week just so the body can get use to the Cymgen. Will this help? Will I be able to after a week, leave the sleeping pills and then still have insomnia?

Hi, Rika! Sorry about the problem that you're having with the insomnia.

However, there's really no way to say if this is going to work for you and if that side effect will wear off. And if it does wear off, it may take more or less than a week.

The only thing you can really do is to try what your doctor has suggested and, if it doesn't help, talk to them again, as it may not be the right medication for you.
