had surgery to my knee and had to stop taking now I feel nauseous and with palpitions is it from the withdraw

Cymbalta contains the active ingredient Duloxetine, it is an SRNI antidepressant and yes, it can cause some symptoms such as this is, if it is suddenly withdrawn, rather than tapered. But you should check with your doctor to be certain of what's causing the symptoms.
