Cymbalta/leg Tightness

Why would I need an ER for leg tightness caused by side effects of Cymbalta?

I am not sure I'm understanding your question, do you mean you had to go to the ER for it?

Have you spoken to your doctor? The Duloxetine in Cymbalta shouldn't be causing such symptoms, so it may not be the right medication for you to take.
