Cymgen contains the active ingredient Duloxetine, both it and the Bupropion in the Wellbutrin are antidepressants.

Has your doctor instructed you to take them both?

If not, then it isn't advisable, because taking the Bupropion with the Duloxetine may increase the risk of dose related seizures. Thus, when a doctor does have someone using both of them, the dosages have to be carefully calculated and the person must be monitored on a regular basis.
