Cyklokapron 500gm To Treat Melasma

I was introduced to this oral medication by an anesthetic to treat my freckles in addition to the laser toning. Please advise if this is a proven oral medication as i had read it seemed to b a recommended medication fir blood clots instrad of melasma.

Yes, it is a medication that is used to help prevent or stop excessive bleeding, so it will do nothing to help with freckles.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and blood clots.
