Did you mean to say "Dicyclomine" or "Cyclamen" by chance? I cannot locate any information on "Cyclomine", other than the possibility that it could be either of the above medications.
Generally, U.S. products are considered to be "safer" than medications purchased outside the country, primarily because the FDA regulates prescription drugs so strictly. Purchasing a product in India from the U.S. may not always be the best idea, if you have a hunch that you don't know exactly what you are getting.
The main difference (in my opinion) is that if you obtain a prescription drug here in the U.S. at a local pharmacy, you can be rest assured that IT IS what you payed for. You don't always have that same reassurance ordering illegally or from pharmacies overseas. I hope that helps clear things up.
