I took a drug test on friday and saturday and it was all.negative..went to the er saturday afternoon and they prescribed me cyclobenzaprine and naprozen and tuesday took a drug test and came back positive for.thc and morphine.. i dont smoke cannabis or take any pain killers for almost a year now. My Medicare Part D insurance company wants me to take an alternative medication to cyclobenzaprine tab 5 mg. The ins. co. is asking me to choose between baclofen and tizanidine. I have had great success with the round blue m771 generic cyclobenzaprine, but the tiny pink cyclobenzaprine did not help my pain from sciatica, spinal stenosis and two herniated disks. I got these pills from my doctor when I was having back pain (from playing too much golf too quickly when I hadn't played in 5 years). I don't remember why I stopped taking them....
