I just started Aviane 21 about 10 days ago right after my cycle to stop my next cycle so I could enjoy my upcoming trip to Jamaica. Problem is, I feel terrible, weight gain, bloated, cravings, grumpy you name it. If I stop taking them right now, will it instantly trigger my cycle so I get my period before my trip? I leave for my trip in ten days.

It won't instantly trigger it, but it you will probably start your period in a day or two, after you stop taking them.
It is hormonal contraceptive, so the side effects you experienced are normal and will taper off, once your body gets used to the medication. Alternatively, you could also speak to your doctor about trying a different one, since they are many on the market and something else might work better for you.
