Cyanocobalamin For Energy

My dr told me to start an injection of cyanocobalamin (1mL a month). I know it's b12 and is suppose to help me have energy but I still don't. Can anyone help me? I'm 63 yrs old.

B12 has been known to help increase energy. Cyanocobalamin does contain B12. I would speak with your MD, and let he/she know that cyanocobalamin is not helping you. They might tell you to increase your prescription or will offer you a better alternative.

In my experience, 95% of the time when people are fatigued it is depression.

Maybe start with 1 shot a week for 3 weeks and see if that helps. My husband did one shot a week for 4 weeks to start.
