Current Dr Retired Need Methadone In Dallas Forth Worth For Pain Management, Chronic Pain.

I am disabled and have never taken any illicit drugs. i've been prescribed methadone from a Doctor in Dallas for many years. I also have mobility issues as well, as I have had spinal cord surgery to alleviate chronic pain. My Dr is retiring after 40 years and Its mandatory that I find a new doctor. I have medical records and would be blessed to find someone who could help me. Going to a methadone clinic is not an option because they are treatment centers and will.not accept patients unless you lie and say you misuse your medication. I know that I was protective of giving out my Drs name as.a.referral but I have in dire cases like my own. If you can help I can a will help you for your generosity and understanding. Thank you,

I will be trying to find honest doctors that the FDA and DEA don't scare or bully.

Will be posting them later this weekend along with some shocking (to most of you) facts about the hazards of NSAIDs and Tylenol.

Example: What OTC is the leading cause of renal failure in the elderly???

Please let me know about your findings. I'm a chronic pain patient that was on methadone 15 years no abuse or misuse. I've been taken off per mme CDC DEA. I had quality of life for those 15 years. Now I'm literally dieing from no pain control. I'm only 56 and have went from size 18 to an 8 in three months. My hair is calling out I've lost all muscle tone. I look like my mother did in her last month's dying of cancer. Thank you.

Your doctor is responsible for handing you off to another practitioner. Anything less is patient abandonment.
