Unfortunately, I can't really find any information on Methadone having an effect on Creatine levels.
The only way I'm aware of it doing so would be if it caused kidney damage, but I am not a doctor, so there may be additional information out there on this.

Have your creatine levels been abnormal? If so, what are the levels and do you take any other medications, or have any medical conditions?
Just as an example, I was put on the antibiotic Bactrim and had a very bad reaction to it and one of the things it did was throw my levels off, but they returned to normal, after I'd been off of it for awhile. So, there are other medications and medical issues that can throw the levels off for awhile.
Another good example of why they may be off is due to dehydration.
