Are there any really good pain creams that can help with trigger finger pain compounded by osteoarthritis?

Hello, Irene! How are you? What have you tried, so far?

I'm wondering if something such as BenGay might help? Although, I am not sure how good it will work for such an issue, it may also cause some skin irritation and redness as side effects, according to the FDA.

Does anyone else have any suggestions that might help?
