Since you have the 3 pack of 500 mg tablets you just take 1 a day for 3 days. It's suggested that you take it at the same time each day. I do better with it if I take it with a meal.

This is the same as a Z-Pak (azithromycin), which is a five day course. You should take one 500 mg tablet the first day, then half a tablet (so 250 mg) for days two through five. Take at the same time every day and preferably with food.
