I have been on Lo Loestrin Fe for 3 years now and have only missed one or two pills ever, but not recently. I got my period when I was supposed to for the first time in months. It came 9/1-9/3. I had unusually bad cramps during my period but i assumed it was because i hadn't gotten it for a while. My boyfriend and i did have unprotected intercourse since my last period. On 9/14 i started getting period like cramps in the afternoon followed by slight bleeding which increased today 9/15. Is this just my hormones being weird or did i somehow get pregnant?

If you didn't miss any pills, then it is most likely just your hormones being weird, unless your doctor feels there is some reason to be concerned.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of oral contraceptives as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritably, weight gain and PMS-like symptoms.
