Acetaminophen and Oxycodone are two different drugs; therefore the dosage of Acetaminophen does not reflect the dosage of Oxycodone.

However in some preparations and combination drugs, such as Percocet, 325mgs of Acetaminophen may be combined with 5-10mgs of Oxycodone for an additive effect on pain relief.
