Taken cozar by mistake for ten days. No b/p problems. Only take Ativan for sleep. Have been sob and lower back pain, HA, increased heart rate. Called pharmacy and they said just stop it.? How long before symptoms go away? Can I have problems from this?

There really shouldn't be any long-term issues, though it's impossible to say for sure, since everyone is different. Thus, it is always best to inform your doctor, just in case.
How did you end up taking the wrong medication for 10 days?
The main worry here, as reported by the FDA, would actually be the risk of seizures that can occur from abruptly stopping the Ativan. I'm very glad you didn't experience such an issue.
