My husband fell from his motor bike. He was driving 20km at the time in the rain and was slowing down at a stop street when his back wheel skidded. He was flung from the bike and sustained no serious injuries but he is in a lot of pain seems like he tore some muscle. There's no bruising or discolouring. He can't lift his right arm and he has to work and uses his arms all day. Please can you recommend a quick fix or advise

Hi Rehana,

I'm so sorry to hear about your husbands accident! It's good to hear that he doesn't have any serious injuries.

In regards to your question- Have you looked into essential oils for your husband? I've personally done a lot of research on essential oils and know of a few that he might benefit from. Just know, I'm not a medical doctor, or anything of the sort, so I can only tell you what I know based on my research and personal experiences.

For this kind of issue, I believe the best oils would be ones that increase blood circulation, have a warming effect and bring quick relief. I'll list some essential oils that act as muscle relaxers below:

• Basil Essential Oil

• Cypress Essential Oil

• Marjoram Essential Oil

• Rosemary Essential Oil

• Roman Chamomile Essential Oil

• Clary Sage Essential Oil

• Lavender Essential Oil

• Wintergreen Essential Oil

• Elemi Essential Oil

If you do decide to use essential oils, be sure to dilute them with some sort of carrier oil like olive oil or almond oil before applying them to the skin.

Also, even though it may hurt at first, he might want to try to lightly stretch (but not too much!) just to work on getting the muscle limber again. If the pain worsens, I would seek the help of a certified physical therapist.
